Yes this is a extension to the DTG WCMLS having requirements is part of routes and extensions like this

@@AlanThomsonsim so when you buy it then you need to buy the northampton loop then add it to dtg wcml not sure how to do that

@@Westlondontransportguy7045 if you buy the route from DTG and then buy Northampton loop our installer will install it all for You

This route is 10 years newer and doesn’t have an awful lot of very difficult to obtain requirements is the simple answer Your more than welcome to carry on using 5.3 if you so wish we have no reason to withdraw it

the Northampton on that route is really basic tbh, the entire depot are is flat and there's no custom models afaik. it's night and day difference

If we had a bigger budget and longer time we could have gone all out on the route with station clutter etc but we wanted to keep the route in line with the DTG route and keep the route costs to a minimum I will deffo check out the stair issue asap though cheers mate

Phase 5 is well underway and yeas our aim is to have a merged version so you can do Euston-Manchester euston Birmingham Euston Liverpool Euston Preston etc

That branch line that curves off at Northampton is the old Northampton to Bedford link. It went down to Northampton Bridge Street station. There is talk of reinstating it to get cars off the road. There was another line that linked off the Bedford line and went to Peterborough. Such a shame a lot of it has gone. Northampton had a third station called St John’s, there’s still traces of the embankment in town.

@@AlanThomsonsim no probs! It’s worth having a look online to see how the railways evolved at Northampton. I believe the land owner didn’t want the railways at Northampton, hence the loop was added later on. Great video btw. I’m new to TSW, I didn’t realise there was so much variety on Train Simulator! Hopefully some of it will come over to TSW. I hoping one day someone does a St Pancras-Sheffield route so I can drive through my station at Kettering .
